To report any other safety concerns or potential hazards in conjunction with Aerospace Composites (e.g. processes, operations, etc.) one of the two following reporting templates can be filled and send to safety@aerospace-composites.de.
Reporters are encouraged to use the voluntary reporting form instead of the anonymous one because further communication with the reporter facilitates the processing and resolving of issues. In accordance with the Just Culture implemented at Aerospace Composites, it is ensured that no personnel is being penalized for their actions, omissions or decisions. However, gross negligence or wilful violations will not be tolerated.
